Well usually I would think that you’d move in with each other when you get
married, or can the world just not fathom that..hmm

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 and a half years now, and we’re
pretty confident that we want to spend the rest of our lives together. But
surprisingly, as much as we love spending time with each other, we haven’t
felt the need to move in with each other yet.
I feel that this is mostly because of how my parents have super traditional
values and have ingrained in BOTH of our minds that we can’t live with each
other until we’re married. But I actually prefer that they made the choice
for us, because it takes the pressure off us to make these decisions before
we’re ready. And even if we were ready, we would still respect the views of
my parents because we feel that we have our whole lives to live with each
other and we have only a short amount of time left to be with our families
as much as we want… before they kick us out and tell us to find jobs..
LOL So we just see it as being very lucky to have parents who are able and
are willing to still provide for us as college students. I know a lot of
people who’s parents kicked them out or told them they were on their own,
the day after they turned 18.

I say do NOT move in together, I heard this saying once. Why buy the cow
when you can get the milk for free.

How about it’s only been 6 months, and you’re both rebounding from a
    divorce.
