It’s my freshman year, and I was placed with an RA as a roommate. It sucks.

totally agree with what youre saying. just my boyfriends a sophomore in college 4 hours away ( 3 hours if youre familiar with the drive.) and im a senior in highschool -graduating in january of this year- and weve been together for almost two years. and ive never had these worries until you brought them up XD,jkish that said i do get where youre coming from, since ive seen so many relationships crash and burn under those circumstances. Also im a huge fan of your vids! cant wait for the next one!

First person to call it out! We are officially besties.

The thing to keep in mind is that freshman going to college are all in the same position. You don’t know many people, it’s a new environment, new experiences, etc. These are all factors you have in common.

There’s a YouTuber called Bubzbeauty, and she dated the now newly (like newly as in a month ago) husband since high school, through college, and past that… Crazy I know but man that would be amazing!!!

BeerioKart sounds amazing! How have I never heard of this before ? The advice was amazing though! Coming from somewhere where I’ve been able to drink since I was 16 to go university and not be able to openly drink might kill me but with your advice i think i’m set 🙂

well firstly we don’t share rooms with anyone, you have a room for yourself and then you share a flat with 5 to 8 people depending on where you’re staying.. since you can drink from the age of 18, the people that work there obviously don’t care about students drinking or having parties, which is usually what we do before going out clubbing or to the pub anyway as we always pre drink.. as long as you don’t smoke in the kitchen or are literally screaming the entire night they couldn’t care less..

ha, well said. Nothing against RA’s, I was just trying to be funny. I loved my RA.

Next time you are in LA…my crew vs your crew!

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

Absolutely not. In fact only a fraction of greek life has to do with drinking, and there are plenty of people who dont drink in houses and love it. I’d recommend doing “informal” rush through a few different houses. Get to know some girls you really like and trust and make a decision from there.

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

ha, nice! I like both of those options. I actually run Red Bull’s global YouTube channels out of their headquarters. Don’t get to give many speeches unfortunately though.

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

haha, all in moderation my dear Watson

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

DANG! NEVER played those rules…dig it

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

Sounds like a fair trade off.

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

I’ll really have to dig in the ol archive of my brain, but yes. We can probably make that happen.

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

    Better late than never eh?

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

My fraternity did not haze at all. Most dont. If you are joining one that does, FUCK THAT. Not worth it. With that being said, to answer your other question, no. Most fraternities want you to be active on campus. I’d say my friends were split pretty evenly in college.

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

    HA, love this idea

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

Looks like the neighbors to the north get it!

  • IroningMyUnderwear 4 years ago

If you are simultaneously living in the dorms, maybe not. It kind of depends on the greek system itself.
